This is every driver’s nightmare. Let’s be real, after 20+ years the rear control arm mounting points can’t be great. If you’re getting your car ready to go on the track, this is the first thing you want to do to make sure you’re safe. The fact is that the factory pocket is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1 mm. If it’s rusty, don’t even think about this venture. Our replacement is 3mm thick. Spacers are retained due to factory geometry.
